We understand that how others handle your personal data is a major concern for social network users. Therefore, we've created this Policy to explain how we manage your personal information ("personal data" or "personal information").
Our Policy applies to your use of the iugram website at https://www.iugram.com (referred to as "iugram" or the "site," including the mobile app). Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). By accessing or using iugram, you agree to our Policy and consent to how we collect, store, use, and disclose your personal information as outlined in this Policy.
iugram may update our Policy anytime, so please check it regularly to stay informed about how we use your information.
We collect data during account creation and Platform usage, including information from third-party providers and public data such as profile names, usernames, photos, audios, videos, and self-descriptions.
We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and will not share it with third parties unless we have your consent or it is legally allowed.
If our business undergoes any corporate transactions, such as mergers or acquisitions, personal information may be transferred to the new entity as permitted by applicable laws.
We will collaborate with third parties to protect their intellectual property rights and assist law enforcement inquiries, both within and outside your country of residence. This may involve disclosing your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, law enforcement requests, legal claims, government inquiries, and to safeguard the rights, safety, and security of iugram, the Platform, our affiliates, users, or the public. We may also share your information to enforce Platform terms, support legal claims, and comply with applicable laws at our discretion.
To maximize your interactions on iugram, other users can view the public information you post on your Profile, including self-descriptions, photos, and videos. If you engage in public activities on the Platform, exercise caution when sharing personal data. We do not assume responsibility for the data you voluntarily share publicly. The information you provide should align with your comfort level in terms of what other iugram users know about you. Please be aware that any data you share may be read, collected, or used by other users.
Subject to applicable laws, you have various rights regarding your personal information that we process. These rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, data portability, confirmation of our processing of your personal information, and the ability to request a review of any automated decisions resulting from the processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you want to exercise your rights regarding your personal data, such as correcting or deleting inaccurate information, understanding the purpose of data use, or any other rights permitted by applicable laws, you have the option to delete your account at any time.
If you no longer want to use iugram or wish to withdraw your consent for iugram to process your necessary personal information to provide the service, you can opt to delete your iugram account. To prevent repeated account deletion and registration, we will retain the unique ID of your account and transaction records. You will not be able to use our services again within 366 days.
Currently iugram is a social app operating through servers located in Malaysia.
iugram secures your personal data through end-to-end encryption during data transfer, as well as by using secure servers and firewalls. Our technical experts are committed to ensuring the security of your app usage.
We will take every possible measure to safeguard your personal data, both while it's stored in the cloud and during transmission. We continuously implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access, hacking, data leaks, and other breaches. However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that future advancements in technology won't potentially allow for brute force decryption of encrypted data.
You must not share your account username and password with third parties, and avoid jailbreaking your device's operating system. Also, refrain from logging in on untrusted devices.
The Platform understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children, which we consider to be an individual under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.

If we discover that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 13 on the Platform, we will delete the information and close the associated account. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13 on the Platform, please contact us at [email protected]. We will deactivate the relevant account(s) and promptly delete the personal data.
